Armelle Breuil
Program: Nature’s limits and architectural practice
Armelle Breuil is an architect and founder of ACT!, a Franco-Norwegian studio working with socially and ecologically engaged architecture, reuse and natural materials.
Armelle initiated Interact, a collaboration between ACT!, Märta Carlsson and Levke Maria Danker. The platform investigates and connects sustainable spatial practices across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Greenland. Through conversations, workshops and critical reflection, Interact engages with Nordic and Arctic design contexts while highlighting alternative working methods, regenerative projects, circular building processes and the use of reclaimed and natural materials.
Armelle Breuil will lead Nature’s limits and architectural practice together with Levke Maria Danker on 19 September. Märta Carlsson will participate as part of Interact, with Trygve Ohren joining as an invited expert.
