Tøyen Housing Construction Cooperative is a part of the exhibition Oslo in the Making with the project Mapping pilot opportunities for the third housing sector.

Tøyen Housing Construction Cooperative sets out to contribute to Oslo's City Council's ambition of supplying 1000 new homes within the third housing sector before 2024, submitting several project proposals already. The cooperative sees the third housing sector as a laboratory where experiments can be made and solutions tested in a safe environment, the best ones scaled up to become an actual sector.
