Tine Hegli NO
Programme: Opening Conference
Tine Hegli is an architect and Professor at The Oslo School of Architecture and Design, working with circular design practice in the research group CA. Circular Architecture and Material Flows. The research runs from material labs and full-scale prototyping to expanded life cycle assessment, searching for the matter and the methods that can inform a climate- and resource-responsible design approach.
Her experience is rooted in two decades of practice at Snøhetta, the second dedicated to projects with ambitious environmental goals developed with national and international research partners. Built on new modes of collaboration, these pilot projects set new standards for the sector. Her approach to teaching builds on this, treating the move from innovative solution, to single pilot, to market standard as the central question for architectural education.
Tine Hegli is part of the Opening Conference 17 September.
