Jørgen Tycho is an architect and Head of Design at Oslotre, as well as co-founder of the contracting company OsloPre. His previous experience includes the production of cross-laminated timber and prefabricated timber structures, as well as humanitarian and development work. He works at the intersection of architecture, structural design, material development and industrial timber construction, with a particular focus on bio-based materials, circularity and new building systems.

Tycho has played a key role in a number of innovative timber projects in Norway and also works internationally on developing local value chains, building systems and new approaches to more resource- and climate-conscious construction.
