With clear ambitions for sustainability in a broad sense, the O will not only produce more energy than it consumes – it also stresses community, inclusion and quality of life, offering a wide selection of apartment types. In the middle of the circle, reached through four large portals connecting the building to surrounding walkways and trails, is a 63 metre wide courtyard with shared spaces and areas for the growing of fruit, herbs and flowers.
